• Store Information: Shop domains and API access tokens for authentication
• Marketing Data: Campaign spend, impressions, clicks, and conversion metrics (when provided)
• Account Information: Your email address, name, and organization details

Data is collected from: Shopify (via OAuth), Amazon Seller Central (via SP-API), TikTok Shop (via Open API), and Etsy (via Open API v3).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide our analytics services:

• Calculate contribution margins and unit economics
• Compute customer cohort retention rates and lifetime value (LTV)
• Analyze CAC payback periods and marketing efficiency
• Generate SKU performance and velocity reports
• Provide demand planning and inventory forecasting
• Build cash flow forecasts and revenue projections
• Track subscription usage for billing purposes

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. API credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption with dedicated encryption keys. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data transmission occurs over HTTPS. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Our application accesses your sales channel data through each platform's secure authentication systems:

• Shopify: OAuth 2.0 authentication with scoped API access
• Amazon: Login with Amazon (LWA) OAuth2 via Selling Partner API
• TikTok Shop: HMAC-signed API requests with authorized access tokens
• Etsy: API key and OAuth2 token authentication via Open API v3

We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide our analytics services. All data access is read-only. We never modify your store data.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
